Avril.ca does not guarantee in any case the availability in inventory of products offered. If Avril.ca s unable to deliver one or some of the products ordered due to insufficient inventory, Avril.ca will send out a warning by e-mail and give the following options:
- Maintain the order and ship it when the products become available
- Cancel part or all of the order containing unavailable products
Avril.ca will not under any circumstances be held responsible for any damage caused by insufficient inventory.
