The products ordered become the responsibility of the buyer at the moment when Avril.ca gives them to the carrier.

For any products delivered outside of Canada, the buyer is responsible for all costs of customs brokerage and any other costs related to exporting outside of Canada.

Avril.ca must have received full payment for products before delivery.
