Adults andchildren: from 6 years old
Chew tablets and allow to dissolve. Take tablets outside of meal time.
Prior:Take 1 tablet the night before or just minutes prior to the event.
During: Take 1 tablet every hour.
Recovery:Take 1 tablet every hour until improvement. up to 10 tablet a day.

Medicinal ingredients: Arnica montana 9CH, sarcolacticum acidum 3CH, zincum oxydatum 3CH.
Non-medicinal ingredients: Sucrose, lactose, magnesium stearate, citric acid monohydrate, lemon natural flavor.
