We must prepare the tea the night before (you have to bring the preparation to a boil 2 times) to get it ready the next day.
We keep the preparation in the refrigerator and keeps for several weeks (4 weeks).
The duration is 9 days when we take the maximum and 18 days when we take the minimum.
The amount to take is 2 to 4 ounces (60 to 120 ml) 2 times a day. We start the day with the first minimum ie 2 oz (60 ml) in the morning and 2 ounces (60 ml) at night (at intervals of 12 hours) and increased gradually to 4 ounces 2 times a day.
The recommended amount for a minimum of 3 months. It is advisable to take 1 hour before or after the meal.
