Certified PGI (Protected Geographical Indication), balsamic vinegar of Modena Gold has a density of 1.33% and an acidity of 6%, compared to a vinegar aged 18-20 years. Its density approaching that of a syrup gives the palate a pleasant fruity persistence while not setting aside the intensity required when consuming vinegar. Dark and shiny, does not contain caramel coloring, preservatives or thickening agent.
