Naturellement Gourmet Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar is made from balsamic vinegar of Modena, but it has a density of 1.33% and 6% acidity, similar to a vinegar aged 18-20 years. It includes all the features of this balsamic vinegar plus a sweet but tart raspberry flavour. Dark and luscious, does not contain caramel coloring, preservatives or thickening agents. Goes well with poultry, grilled fish and pork, as dressing in summer on a green salad, fruits and nuts. Can also be enjoyed on it own.
