The Daughters of Don Quixote - Adena

This golden-yellow wine with glints of green is expressive and quite complex to the nose. On the palate, it develops a blend of floral notes, and of subtle tropical fruits and dried fruit. It is rich, tasty and persistent; the final notes are fresh. It can be enjoyed unaccompanied or paired with grilled ginger, cumin or turmeric vegetables and quinoa salad, shellfish, noble fish or Coquille Saint-Jacques. Try it with pears for a creative pairing.

This wine goes well with appetizers, salads, vegetarian dishes, fish and seafood.
