Eager to give their customers a unique dining experience, Avril’s co-owners have chosen the best for their pizza deli, starting with high quality organic ingredients. The flour comes from a 200-year-old artisanal mill while Italian San Marzano tomatoes make up the homemade tomato sauce. In addition, each pizza is prepared upon request for maximum freshness and is baked on stone in a latest technology oven, whose precise cooking time ensures that the flavours develop fully and the dough rises just right.
San Marzano: Tomato sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, basil microgreens and confit garlic oil.
Capanota: Tomato sauce, eggplant, mozzarella, bocconcini, and basil microgreens.
Grilled cauliflower: Tomato sauce, mozzarella and cauliflower.
All dressed: Tomato sauce, pepperoni, wild mushrooms, peppers and mozzarella.
Valens Farm Pepperoni: Tomato Sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella and parmesan.
Mushrooms-Raclette: Wild mushrooms, spinach, Raclette de Compton cheese and parmesan.
Cheese: Mozzarella and cheese of the moment, zucchini, olive oil and black pepper.
Prosciutto and arugula: Tomato sauce, prosciutto, mozzarella, parmesan, arugula and black pepper.
