
Avril recipe: almond-ginger sauce
Perfect on a salad or on dumplings, you will love our almond-ginger sauce from the Avril Végé counter!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup nutritional yeast
- ½ cup almond butter
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup tamari sauce
- 6 tbsp. sunflower oil
- 3 tbsp. fresh ginger, chopped
- ½ tbsp. fresh garlic, chopped
PREPARATION
Blend all ingredients until a smooth texture is obtained.
