Salmon tartare recipe
- 1 cup (about 200g) diced salmon
- 1/4 cup of pepper and turmeric dressing-marinade
- 2 tbsp. diced green apple
- 3 tbsp. diced cucumber
- 1 lemon wedge
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
- Serve with croutons and your favourite tartare sides.
