This vegan frozen treat can be enjoyed all by itself by the spoonful or as a sorbet float for a most refreshing and colorful summer dessert!
Mango raspberry vegan sorbet float recipe
- 1 ¼ cup unsweetened coconut beverage
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 or 2 scoops Naturellement Gourmet raspberry sorbet
- Toppings of your choice: grated coconut, frozen raspberries, etc. (optional)
1. Blend coconut beverage, mango chunks and lime juice until a smooth texture is obtained.
2. Pour mixture into a glass and top with one or two scoops of raspberry sorbet. Add any other topping of your choice.
