In a food processor, ground hazelnuts. For a smooth texture, ground to a powder; for a more chunky texture, ground only to small chunks.
Add bananas and coffee to hazelnuts, mix until all ingredients come together with a cream like texture.
Scoop and serve immediately or store in freezer until ready to serve.
