Best fruit compote recipe for fall!
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour
Ingredients
- 5 peeled, cored and chopped apples
- 5 peeled, cored and chopped pears
- Zest and juice of two organic lemon
- 10 dried prunes
- 10 dried apricots
- 10 dried figs
- A handful of dried cranberries
- 200 ml of water
- 1 tsp or 1 pouche of Bergamot tea ( Earl Grey style)
- 2 tbsp of honey
- A pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- Peel and remove core of apples and pears, then cut into pieces.
- Heat water in a pan and then brew tea.
- Remove tea bag before adding the remaining ingredients to the pan, then simmer and cover for 1 hour.
- Drain and enjoy!
