- 1 1/2 cup of frozen or fresh blueberries*
- 1 cup of pear nectar
- 1 ripe avocado (relatively small)
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 2 tbsp of hemp hearts
- 1 tsp of fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup of ice (if you use fresh blueberries)*
*Making smoothies with frozen fruits provides a nice texture to the mix. However, you must expect a thicker texture. If you use fresh blueberries, add 1 cup of ice to make it cold.
Place all ingredients in a blender. Adjust the amount of liquid as desired. Serve in a bowl and garnish with the toppings of your choice.
