Blueberry, pear nectar and mint smoothie bowl

  • 1 1/2 cup of frozen or fresh blueberries*
  • 1 cup of pear nectar
  • 1 ripe avocado (relatively small)
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 2 tbsp of hemp hearts
  • 1 tsp of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup of ice (if you use fresh blueberries)*


*Making smoothies with frozen fruits provides a nice texture to the mix. However, you must expect a thicker texture. If you use fresh blueberries, add 1 cup of ice to make it cold.


Topping ideas: 


Place all ingredients in a blender. Adjust the amount of liquid as desired. Serve in a bowl and garnish with the toppings of your choice.
