BLUEBERRY PROTEIN PANCAKES

Ingredients

Toppings

  • low sugar maple syrup
  • plain greek yogourt
  • almond butter
  • fresh fruit

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and powdered protein.
  2. Gradually add eggs, yogurt and almond milk.
  3. Incorporate the blueberries and according to consistency, adjust with almond milk.
  4. Mix until smooth.
  5. In a non-stick skillet, melt a small portion of the coconut oil, then cook 1/12 of the preparation.
  6. Repeat step 5.
  7. Serve the pancakes with syrup and fresh fruit to choose from.
