Homemade Guacamole
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- The flesh of 3 medium ripe avocados
- 1 tbsp. of garlic olive oil (or olive oil)
- ½ tsp. of Worcestershire sauce
- 1-2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/3 cup of red onion, finely chopped
- 4 drops of Tabasco sauce ( or to taste)
- ¼ tsp. of Sriracha sauce
- ¼ cup of chopped cilantro
- The juice of one lime
Instructions
- In a medium bowl , mash the avocado flesh into the desired consistency. (I like my guacamole rather irregular and coarsely chopped . )
- Add all other ingredients and mix. Serve with pita chips .
