Kelp, cucumber, edamame and orange salad

Dressing :


  • Rinse and drain seaweed noodles.
  • Let kelp salad sit in lukewarm water until they have rehydrated, and drain. Add to seaweed noodles.
  • Dice orange and mix with cucumber dice.
  • Mix dressing ingredients together.
  • Add edamame, oranges, cucumbers and dressing to noodles and kelp bowl. Mix and serve.
