Lime, mango and orange blossom chia seed pudding

  1. Mix chia seeds and almond milk in a bowl.
  2. Add in rest of ingredients using a whip.
  3. Place in refrigerator at least 30 minutes, or until it is thickened. Once ready to serve, add back a small amount of almond milk or yogurt if mix is too dry.
