Oatmeal (without cooking)
Preparation time: 10 minutes
- In a Mason jar, put oatmeal, chia seeds, yogurt and milk in that order. Add the caramel, strawberry jam, strawberries, diced and sliced almonds.
- Mix well to blend all the ingredients in the pot and refrigerate overnight.
- If desired, serve with caramel. Add a little bit of milk if you feel the texture is too thick.
- Enjoy your breakfast on the go!
