Spinach, wild rice and raspberry salad
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
- Cook 1/2 cup wild rice in 1 cup water over medium heat, covered until water is absorbed.
- Place all ingredients for the salad in bowl and mix.
- In another bowl, combine ingredient for dressing. Mix well.
- Serve salad with dressing and sesame seeds.
