Spinach, wild rice and raspberry salad

Instructions

  1. Cook 1/2 cup wild rice in 1 cup water over medium heat, covered until water is absorbed.
  2. Place all ingredients for the salad in bowl and mix.
  3. In another bowl, combine ingredient for dressing. Mix well.
  4. Serve salad with dressing and sesame seeds.
