Whole grains pancakes (with GoGo Quinoa mix)
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
- In a bowl, mix the egg, milk and vanilla.
- Incorporate the liquid mix slowly into GoGo Quinoa mix.
- Let rest for 3 minutes.
- Heat the pan (medium-high)
- When it is ready, reduce to medium heat and add butter or coconut oil in the pan.
- Pour the mix in the pan (½ cup), let cook and turn over when bubbles start to appear on the pancake.
