Whole grains pancakes (with GoGo Quinoa mix)

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Servings: 4-6









Topping ideas:


  • In a bowl, mix the egg, milk and vanilla.
  • Incorporate the liquid mix slowly into GoGo Quinoa mix.
  • Let rest for 3 minutes.
  • Heat the pan (medium-high)
  • When it is ready, reduce to medium heat and add butter or coconut oil in the pan.
  • Pour the mix in the pan (½ cup), let cook and turn over when bubbles start to appear on the pancake.
