Shipping charges and shipping time


Shipping in Canada is free for orders of 75$* or more before tax. Shipping charges for orders shipped in Canada are 9,95$* and shipping time is 2 to 5 business days, unless items are temporarily out of stock. Avril Supermarché Santé will send a tracking number by email.

Remote regions of Canada

Avril Supermarché Santé welcomes Canadians from remote regions to shop on Avril.ca. Shipping fees are based on the weight of the order and destination. Our shipping fee calculator will determine shipping price upon confirmation of your order. The delivery time depends on your location and can be up to 8 business days, unless items are out of stock. The list issued by Canada Post on postal codes in remote regions can be found here.


Delivery in the US is 3 to 9 business days, unless items are temporarily out of stock. Avril Supermarché Santé will send a tracking number by email.

Important : We do not accept returns from the United States.

Lost Packages

Parcels may get lost during transit. If you encounter this problem, please email us or call us at 1 (844) 375-6446 (toll free), Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm EST. We will then contact Canada Post and sort out the situation with them. Canada Post sets a deadline of 10 business days from the date of inquiry to determine the status of the package. After 10 days, if the package is still lost, we will resend your order free of charge, or you will be refunded. You will be kept informed throughout the process. You can also track your order through your account or by clicking on the attached link with your order confirmation email.


Our policy is to send products with an expiration date as far as possible from your order date. We aim to send products with an expiration date more than 2 months depending on the nature of the product. If we cannot meet this commitment, we will contact you by email to let you know the expiration date and to know if you still want to receive the product.

Broken or opened items 

Avril Supermarché Santé ships the items in their condition of purchase and packs them properly to avoid breakage during transportation. If you receive a damaged or opened item please email us or call us at 1 (844) 375-6446 (toll free). Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm EST. In case of a new shipment by Avril, as soon as we receive the damaged products, new delivery will take 2 to 5 business days.

Maximum weight

Avril Supermarché Santé ships packages up to a maximum of 10 kg.
